Job Description
As an Assistant Mandarin Speaker, you will be responsible for providing support to our Mandarin-speaking clients and assisting with various tasks related to communication and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Provide translation and interpretation services between Mandarin and Indonesian/English.
- Assist in communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Mandarin-speaking executives.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirement
- Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 4 or above) and Indonesian/English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Willingness to be based in Kupang, NTT
